At Sass, we have a program for everyone. Whether you are returning to exercise, looking to take your fitness to another level or after a holistic wellbeing program - we have got you covered.
Our programs offer structure, support and encouragement to achieve your health & wellbeing goals. By committing to a program with Sass you are putting the focus on you, your health & your wellbeing for a dedicated period of time.
The beauty of a dedicated program is that it can support you to set a new (or deeper) foundation with you, your body, your health & your wellbeing to set you on your path of true vitality.
We offer both 1:1 programs and group programs.
Movement for Mothers
This program is dedicated to the mothers and mothers to be. Whether you are pregnant, 1 month post-partum of 5 years post-partum, this program incorporates fitness classes & Mama-Wellbeing video content to support your body and encourage an active, healthy pregnancy, a gentle return to exercise post birth and most importantly - a nurturing relationship with yourself as a woman in all of these phases.
Sass & Self-Love
This is an 8 week program that blends movement, nourishment,
sass & self-love together into one holistic program. Health is never just about the physical. In this program we factor in your whole being with lifestyle guidance, sass-piration, nutrition guidance and our infamous Sass workouts.
Fit for Life
A program for the mature individual, for those with injuries or those who like to take it slow & steady. This program has a focus on feeling strong and steady in the body and building muscle mass to support the ageing body.
